Hey everyone. I wanted to make this post as a way of saying thank you to all those have come to my site and have taken the time to read my material. Since the start of my blog, I have met so many amazing people that have helped me along the way and have given me great advice to help make this blog better. I have also been very fortunate to have such wonderful friends and family that have been so supportive of my work these past 22 months.

Now it seems like all the effort is starting to pay off. I am here to announce that I have accepted the Washington Capitals contributor position at thehockeywriters.com. This is not a good bye to this very website. Instead, this is another platform where you can go find me and my latest pieces of hockey writing. I will still be writing many other sports topics on this website (we really need to talk about the Max Scherzer signing!!!!) and the Nerdy 30s and Hipster Pickings will be coming like hot cakes until further notice. I will be creating a brand new page at dcsportsdork.com where you can find all my articles from all the outside websites I have been working with.
